A busy start to 2021 for Cubex

News: January 2021

It’s been a very busy start to the year so far; we’ve expanded the team, sold the next phase of BTR at Finzels Reach, construction is steaming ahead at our newest office development, Halo, and we have plenty of other exciting things in the pipleline.

Following the welcoming of Joe Downey to the team, we sent him on a tour of Cubex’s finest projects using the most fashionable mode of transport that Bristol has to offer: e-scooter.

First up on the tour was Halo, the 116,113 sq ft Grade A headquarters office set to be one of the greenest buildings in the UK. A smart enabled building, with technology at the heart of the design, Halo has a number of accreditations to its name including BREEAM Outstanding, Wired Platinum, WELL Gold and Platinum Cycling Score Certification. Construction began on site back in May last year and is on track for completion late this year.

Construction is also due to start shortly on Millwrights Place, the newest BTR addition to Finzels Reach. It was recently announced that Grainger acquired the 231-home forward fund build to rent development in Bristol for c.£63.1m. Millwrights Place, along with Coopers Court, will add to the existing BTR supplied by Cubex and Fiera Real Estate and bring the total number of new apartments to over 400 at Finzels Reach.

Cubex has funds immediately available through Fiera Real Estate and other funding partners to acquire new real estate opportunities in Bristol, South West and Wales, so get in contact if you have any sites that may be of interest.
