Cubex Land are pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Walford to the position of Managing Director. Peter, who steps up from his current role as Executive Director, co-founded Cubex 16 years ago.
Peter has been instrumental in Cubex’s success to date and will continue to lead the company with his wealth of experience and impressive track record in commercial property development where he has delivered over £500m of development. This has included two of the largest ever Bristol deals both concluded in 2020 at Finzels Reach phase 2; the forward funding of Halo, a 116,000sq ft office development and the adjacent two residential blocks at a combined price of c. £145m. Not only were these two deals large transactions for the Bristol market but they were also two of 2020’s largest UK regional deals. Peter led the sale of both.
Despite the unprecedented market conditions, Cubex remains very active and is seeking further opportunities in 2021 with a substantial war chest available to invest.
